Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic told parliament on Tuesday that Serbia will not recognize Kosovo but added that politics can’t be based on myths.

Speaking during a presentation of the “Report on the Negotiation Process with Temporary Self-Administration Institutions in Pristina”, vucic said that the wishes of the people are maximal but that the possibilities are scant. The report covers the June 15, 2021 – September 1, 2022 period.

Parliament is in special session to discuss the Kosovo issue and latest developments. The report is authored by the Serbian government, the Office for Kosovo and Coordination Office for the negotiations. The 50-page document lists activities in preparations and the negotiations including the Community of Serb Municipalities, police, judiciary, energy industry, the dialogue between the chambers of commerce, transport of hazardous cargo and missing persons.
