Activists of the feminist organization Women's Solidarity are exposed to daily threats since they started public protests over the interview with rapist Igor Milosevic, published in the pro-government tabloid Informer, Jelena Riznic from Women's Solidarity told FoNet.
„Threats have become more frequent, we have been receiving them on social media every day since we called for protests,“ said Riznic, claiming that they are also being threatened „directly in private messages.“
She called on all like-minded women „not to be afraid and not to give up“ and to report „any kind of threat“ to the police.
„Threats will not scare us or discourage us, we have just started fighting. We will not give up, we will not live cemented, we will continue with the protests,“ said Riznic.
