The Swiss company 'Stadler' owner Peter Spuler, said on Thursday that he saw opportunities for partnership with the company 'MIND' in Serbia's central city of Kragujevac, "first in the production of components and then complete trains."

After a visit to the ‘MIND,’ he told reporters he was „under strong impressions“ about the possibilities by that company.

Spuler said that was the third company with which ‘Stadler’ had contracts in Serbia. He added that the first 21 fast trains were contracted, then ten double-decker trains, and now 18 more trains.

„I am happy to be able to produce parts for rail vehicles here. For now, it has been agreed to form a team that will work on the further development of that project,“ he said.

The executive director of the ‘MIND Group,’ Darko Djoric, said that Thursday’s visit of the ‘Stadler’ representatives was „constructive and that it was agreed to form teams for cooperation between ‘Stadler’, the company’ AMM Manufacturing’ and ‘MIND’ park.
