Statistics office says salaries in Serbia rose by 13.4 percent

The Republic Statistics Office (RZS) said on Monday that average salaries in Serbia in the January-July period this year were 13.4 percent higher nominally than in the same period a year earlier.

It said that the average salary was 3 percent higher in real terms.

According to the RZS, the average gross salary in July was 100,937 Dinars (1 Euro – 117 Dinars) while the average net salary was 73,114 Dinars.

Compared to July 2021, average gross and net salaries were 13 percent higher nominally and 0.2 percent higher in real terms.
