Serb List leader Goran Rakic said on Monday that the party won all 10 parliament seats reserved for the Kosovo Serbs at Sunday’s early elections.
Rakic said that some 65,000 people voted in Serb-majority areas which he said is five percent more than at the previous elections. “The elections were held in special circumstances because of the pandemic and the series of tricks the Pristina used to reduce the power of the Serb people, that is the Serb List. We dealt with their intentions through unity,” he said.
According to preliminary results released by the Kosovo Central Election Commission won between 55 and 92 percent of the vote in the four largest Serb municipalities in the north of Kosovo.
