The SBB company said on Monday that it had signed a Memorandum on cooperation with the Belgrade University Faculty of Organizational Science (FON), extending years of cooperation for the benefit of students.

“The company and faculty have extended their years of cooperation which will benefit students the most, primarily through guest lectures, educational programs, joint events, research-development and innovation, practice and projects to improve infrastructure and the quality of studies at FON,” SBB said in a press release.
The memorandum was signed on October 20 by SBB CEO Milija Zekovic and acting FON Dean Professor Dr Milija Suknovic.

“We are pleased that cooperation has been extended with a prominent education institution like FON. We are proud that their former students are not members of top management and that our 2,000 employees include experts from this faculty. Our greatest strength are our employees and that is why we are continuing to provide support to our young, hard-working and educated people some of who, I am sure,” will achieve themselves professionally in SBB, a leader in technological innovation,” Zekovic said.

The press release said that SBB and FON will actively invest effort in future to develop opportunities for students and secure good working conditions for them.
“FON recognized SBB as another adequate partner in development activities which offer FON students an opportunity to work on their personal development along with their formal education and secure a competitive status on the labor market which is proved by the large number of FON alumni who are in leading positions in this company,” Suknovic said.

SBB is part of United Group which includes N1.
