The Ministry for European Integration said on Thursday that 57 percent of Serbians want the country to become a member of the European Union.
“If a referendum on Serbia’s membership in the EU were called tomorrow, 57 percent of the population would vote to join the Union,” the ministry said in a Twitter post.
The post added that the figure was eight percent higher than a year earlier.
