The payment of €30 of financial aid to all adult citizens of Serbia to mitigate the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic will start on Monday, and the money will first be paid to pensioners and recipients of financial aid, Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali said.
„The money will be paid to other adult citizens who have fulfilled the conditions for this type of financial support from the state on November 2 and 3. In total, it is over 5.7 million citizens, of which 1.6 million are pensioners. Everyone will receive 3,527 dinars,“ Mali stated in a statement.
He also recalled that in mid-December, all adult citizens will receive new aid of €20, as well as that pensioners, will receive another 20,000 dinars at the beginning of 2022.
The Minister also explained that the financial aid of €20 will be automatically paid to everyone who applied for previous aid and that no additional application is needed.
He added that other citizens of Serbia, who in the meantime have acquired the right to assistance, or have not applied before, can apply for the €20 on the portal of the Treasury Administration, from November 15 to 30.
