Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the Europen Commission (EC) President Ursula von der Leyen discussed Pristina’s Euro-integrations in Brussels on Tuesday, Kurti’s office said in a statement.

„Prime Minister informed Von der Leyen about the judiciary reforms, the Government’s commitment to the rule of law, uncompromised fight against corruption and crime, and key reforms in approaching the European Union,” the statement said.

Kurti also spoke about the economic growth, rise in export, tax revenues and direct investments in Kosovo.

“The talks included the process of Kosovo’s integration into the EU, the necessity for visa liberalisation for its people and the cooperation of the regional countries within the Berlin Process,” Kurti’s office said.

Earlier on Tuesday, during the fourth session of the Stabilisation and Association Committee for Kosovo, Kurti met the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell and the special envoy for the Belgrade – Pristina dialogue on the normalisation of relations Miroslav Lajčák.
