Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani accused official Belgrade of continuing what she called corrupt and illegal attempts to force countries to withdraw their recognition of Kosovo as independent.
“Serbia is continuing the corrupt and illegal process that they are calling the process of withdrawing recognition. They did that even while the Washington Agreement was in force (which banned that),” she said.
According to Osmani, Pristina has achieved contacts with a number of countries that have not recognized it.
She added that the authorities in Pristina are investing intensive efforts to focus the talks with Serbia on a final agreement which Prime Minister Albin Kurti’s government insists has to include mutual recognition.
