Serbian Government adopts budget revision proposal

The Serbian Government adopted at is session on Thursday the Draft Law on amending the 2022 Budget Law for 2022, which foresees total revenues and incomes in the amount of 1,709.5 billion Dinar (1 Euro – 118 Dinar), said the Government.

Tax revenues planned by the budget rebalancing are 1,490.6 billion Dinar, non-tax revenues are 199.7 billion Dinar, and expenditures are 1,988.5 billion Dinar.

The figure of 419.2 billion Dinar, or 5.9 percent of GDP, was set aside for capital investments, while at the level of the general government, that figure is around 512.7 billion Euro, or 7.2 percent of GDP, said the Government.

The government adopted and amended the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, which foresees a nine percent increase in pensions for November this year.

The ministers also adopted the Draft Law on the Temporary Register of Citizens of the Republic of Serbia aged 16 to 29, on the basis of which young people of that population will be paid 5,000 Dinar each, while the method of payment and other issues that are important for obtaining this financial aid will be regulated.
