Croatia

Over the past 24 hours, Croatia has registered 349 new cases of coronavirus infection, and 36 deaths, the national Covid-19 crisis management team said on Monday.

The number of active cases in Croatia today stands at 11,378. There are 2,247 Covid patients in hospitals, 244 of whom are on ventilators.
Since the first confirmed case of the infection in Croatia on February 25 2020, a total of 335,522 people have been registered as having contracted coronavirus, 7,218 of them have died, while 316,926 have recovered including 2,087 in the last 24 hours.

Currently, there are 30,225 people in self-isolation.

To date, 1,827,068 people have been tested, including 4,193 over the past 24 hours.

As of May 2, 908,839 doses of the vaccine have been administered in Croatia, and 708,137 people have been vaccinated, with 504,856 people receiving the first dose and 200,702 receiving both doses. For 2,579 people, there is no data on how many doses they have received.

Bosnia and Herzegovina

Bosnia and Herzegovina has reported another 244 coronavirus cases and 59 fatalities among COVID patients, the healthcare authorities said on Monday.

The new results came from 1,050 lab tests performed on the samples of those who reported infection symptoms.

Bosnia’s Federation entity has so far confirmed 130,873 coronavirus cases out of 632.461 those who tested for the virus presence. The total of 113,047 COVID patients has recovered.

The region’s death toll stands at 4,949.

As for Republika Srpska entity, its healthcare authorities confirmed a total of 61,978 patients out of 258,644 persons tested for the virus infection. A total of 42,912 patients have recovered and 3,408 died.

Brcko District reported a total of 6,332 cases since the epidemic outbreak and 296 fatalities.

A total of 4,450 patients has recovered.

Slovenia

Over the last 24 hours, six patients died from COVID-19-related complications, while out f 1,380 tested people, 209 were infected with the coronavirus in Slovenia, its Government tweeted on Monday.

Currently, 608 patients are hospitalised, 147 of whom in intensive care units.

Montenegro

In the last 24 hours, five patients died from COVID-19-related complications, while out of 585 tested people, 99 were infected with the coronavirus in Montenegro on Monday, the Public Health Ministry said.

 The death toll stood at 1,510, and since the epidemic outbreak, 97,718 people have tested positive for the virus.

Currently, there are 2,196 cases of infections.

Kosovo

Over the last 24 hours, four patients died from COVID-19-related complications, while out of 2,052 tested people, 101 were positive for the coronavirus in Kosovo, the Public Health Institute said on Monday.

The death toll stood at 2,187, and 95,466 patients have recovered since the epidemic outbreak.

At the same time, 541,762 have been tested, and 105,636 have been infected.

Currently, there are 7,9823 active cases of infection.

North Macedonia

Over the last 24 hours, 25 patients died from COVID-19-related complications, while out of 572 tested people, 62 were infected with coronavirus in North Macedonia, the Health Ministry said on Monday.

The death toll stood at 4,961 patients and 133,871 have recovered since the epidemic outbreak.

At the same time, 152,747 people tested positive for the new virus.

Currently, there are 13,915 active cases of infection.
