Croatia

Over the past 24 hours, Croatia has registered 619 new cases of the coronavirus infection and 30 deaths linked to Covid-19, the national Covid-19 response team said on Thursday.

The number of active cases now stands at 3,173. Among them are 1,326 people who have been hospitalized, including 128 on ventilators.

Currently 15,505 people are self-isolating.

To date 1,175,831 people have been tested, including 5,994 in the last 24 hours.

Since 25 February 2020, when Croatia registered its first case, 230,978 people have contracted the novel virus, 4,943 of whom have died.

A total of 222,962 people have recovered, including 466 over the past 24 hours.

Bosnia-Herzegovina

Healthcare authorities reported on Thursday that another 330 people tested positive for the coronavirus and 16 COVID-19 patients passed away across Bosnia and Herzegovina throughout the past 24 hours.

In Bosnia’s Federation (FBiH) entity, 180 of the 1,862 people tested were positive for the virus and 11 died due to the disease.

The other semi-autonomous entity, Republika Srpska (RS), registered 137 coronavirus cases among the 615 samples tested, as well as five COVID-19 fatalities.

Bosnia’s Brcko District confirmed 13 new infections.

Kosovo

The Kosovo Public Health Institute said that three people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the past 24 hours.

It said that 1,652 people had been tested, including 316 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. There are 6,109 active cases. Another 195 patients recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 51,713. A total of 227,482 people have been tested since the pandemic broke out, 59,304 of who tested positive.

Montenegro

The Montenegrin Public Health Institute said that another seven people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 790 since the pandemic broke out.

It said that 1,665 people were tested for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, including 463 who tested positive. There are 7,619 active cases at present. A total of 60,288 cases have bene confirmed in Montenegro since the pandemic broke out.

North Macedonia

The North Macedonia Health Ministry said that 10 more people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths since the pandemic broke out to 2,831.

A total of 1,964 people were tested in that period, including 336 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. There are 8,667 active cases. A total of 449,995 people have been tested since the pandemic broke out, including 91,891 who tested positive. The Public Health Institute said that another 385 patients recovered from COVID-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 80,393.
