China approves two more coronavirus vaccines

According to Chinese experts, the new Kansino vaccine requires only one dose and is effective in almost two-thirds of cases four weeks after vaccination.

The Institute of Biology in Wuhan, a part of the state-owned company Sinofarm produced the second vaccine, which is effective in more than 72 percent of cases, the AP reported as quoted by the FoNet news agency.

Chinese companies Sinovak and Sinofarm vaccines were previously approved for use, and both companies said they could produce a billion doses a year while the production of the Kansino vaccine would be 300 million, and the one from Wuhan 100 million doses annually.
