Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic rejected the claims of the outgoing Prime Minister of Montenegro, Zdravko Krivokapic, that Belgrade was trying to blackmail Podgorica by promising to provide it with basic foodstuffs if it is part of the Open Balkans, as untrue.
„I ask, Professor Krivokapic, how are you not ashamed to lie so shamelessly? By the way, when did Aleksandar Vucic call you, send a message, said any kind of blackmail regarding food/goods from Serbia? Since I know he did not, I ask again: are you at least a little ashamed,“ Brnabic wrote on Twitter.

Earlier, Krivokapic told RTCG that official Serbia tried to blackmail Montenegro by promising to provide it with basic foodstuffs if it was part of the Open Balkans initiative, adding that he did not believe in that regional initiative.
