Bosnia registers 740 new coronavirus infections and 25 COVID-19 fatalities

A total of 740 people have tested positive for the coronavirus and 25 COVID-19 patients passed away in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the past 24 hours, healthcare authorities said on Thursday.

Of the 2,674 people tested in Bosnia’s Federation (FBiH) entity since Wednesday, 425 were confirmed positive for the virus and six died from the disease.

In the other semi-autonomous entity, Republika Srpska (RS), 830 people were tested and 285 were confirmed infected, while 18 COVID-19 patients died.

Another 30 coronavirus cases were reported in Bosnia’s Brcko District, as well as one COVID-19 fatality.
