Bosnia logs 39 new coronavirus cases, no COVID deaths

Bosnia and Herzegovina has logged 39 new coronavirus cases and no deaths among COVID patients, the healthcare authorities said on Thursday.

The new results came from 1,543 lab tests performed on those who reported infection symptoms over the past 24 hours.

The Federation entity has confirmed 32 positive outcomes out of 1,308 tests performed in the last 24 hours, with a total of 134,282 cases confirmed since the epidemic outbreak. The region’s death toll stands at 5,538.

In Republika Srpska entity, healthcare authorities have performed 173 lab tests with seven positive outcomes, 64,398 in total. This part of the country has reported a total of 3,797 fatalities.

Brcko District has so far confirmed 6,704 coronavirus cases and 338 deaths. No new cases or deaths have been reported over the past 24 hours.
