The Commercial Court in Vienna ordered Telekom's company GO4YU and MTEL Austria to immediately stop broadcasting unauthorized Grand Production shows: Zvezde Granda (Grand Stars), Nikad nije kasno (It's never too late), Zvezde Granda Specijal (Grand Stars Special) and Prakticna zena (Practical woman).

The company GO4YU performed global re-broadcasting of Grand shows through its IPTV platform without prior approval and without paying any fee to United Group.

During 2019, Grand Production repeatedly addressed GO4YU with a request to stop the unauthorized rebroadcasting and violation of its rights, to which GO4YU never responded.

Given the extremely high damage it suffered, Grand Production was forced to protect its rights in court, and in early 2020 the company initiated proceedings before the competent court in Vienna, bearing in mind that the largest number of GO4YU users are in Austria.

Grand Production operates within United Group’s United Media, as does N1 television.
