The US President’s special envoy for Kosovo Ambassador Richard Grenell said on Thursday that he is focused on the young people of Kosovo and Serbia prior to the talks between their leaders at the White House.

“Today I am focused on the young people who want a career, a good job and a connection to the West. I’ve heard you. And I will push hard for you. Let’s put politics aside!,” Grenell wrote on his Twitter account.

The people of Kosovo and Serbia deserve economic normalization and the chance to create a vibrant economy. Today I am focused on the young people who want a career, a good job and a connection to the West.

He added that the people of Kosovo and Serbia deserve economic normalization and the chance to create a vibrant economy.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti are scheduled to meet at the White House later on Thursday for talks which are supposed to focus on economic relations.
