Speaking about the case of Serbian Finance Minister's doctorate, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said Saturday at the press conference in Novi Sad that "Sinisa Mali must pay a political price" and that he would "Decide later on his future actions.”
“I still don’t know what to say. I’d like to remind you that, while I was in New York, Sinisa god mad and I told him I didn’t understand what he was doing,” Vucic said.
“He will have to pay the political price because he couldn’t make a good assessment and because he didn’t tear his doctorate into pieces and tell Serbia that he didn’t care about it. Tearing it into pieces now makes no sense. But, I think he’s doing a great job and that’s al that matters to me,“ Vucic said.
The President added he felt sorry for Mali.
“I see he’s been hurt, but I can’t help him. I told him long ago te tear it apart, to take his exams again, to write a new dissertation, but he said no,” Vucic added.
