Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj told Tuesday’s news conference that a framework agreement is needed to continue efforts to find a solution to normalize Belgrade-Pristina relations.
“We need a framework for an agreement in order to move forward,” he said, adding that a framework will be needed if the dialogue continues in the autumn with a new European Union mediator instead of High Representative Federica Mogherini.
He said that Serbia’s unwillingness to recognize Kosovo is obstructing the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and added that the 100 percent tariffs imposed by his government on goods from Serbia were not an obstacle to the dialogue.
