Ramush Haradinaj, Kosovo’s Prime Minister, said on Thursday that Europe did not meet its promise concerning the visa liberalisation for Kosovo, adding he would speak about that in Berlin on April 29 in the meeting of the Western Balkans leaders, the Beta news agency.
He added he did not believe the Berlin mini-summit, as the meeting was dubbed, would have the issues of a territory or the Community of Serb Municipalities on the agenda.

Belgrade and Pristina leaders have no high expectations from the Berlin meeting.
Earlier on Thursday, Vucic told reporters he did not expect the meeting to demand Serbia’s recognition of Kosovo’s independence directly.
Kosovo’s President was even more explicit about the expectations from the Berlin summit.
“I expect the meeting to end with a general statement agreed in advance by the participants who will at least confirm the European prospects of our region, deepen reforms, especially in the field of the rule of law, and which will stress the need to normalize relations between Kosovo and Serbia,” Thaci said on Wednesday.
Haradinaj said on Thursday „the Berlin summit is a good opportunity for Kosovo’s European perspective during the joint debate on the Western Balkans, and it‘s crucial to me that Europe owes Kosovo free visa regime what for a decision hasn‘t been brought yet.“
He added he would remind the German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron, who organised the summit, about that unfulfilled promise.
