Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli sent a letter to UN Secretary General Antonio Guteres saying that the time has come for a final agreement with Serbia.

The letter, published on Pacolli’s Facebook page, said that Kosovo’s UN membership is possible now.  

“I informed the UN secretary general that UN membership is possible now because Serbia has started showing, however reluctantly, that it wants to move forward and agrees with the ruling by the International Court of Justice in July 2010 that Kosovo’s statehood is in line with international law,” the letter said.
