AmRest is the lead operator of Starbucks stores in the Central European (CE) region and Serbia will be another new market for the company to open the first Starbucks store,” a company statement said.

The statement quotes AmRest’s Starbucks President Adam Mularuk as saying that AmRest is very happy to bring the Starbucks Experience to Serbian customers. “This country has a rich coffee culture and we look forward to being a part of it, providing a place where customers can enjoy high quality coffee and discover our passion,” he said.

ArmRest said that it has opened more than 300 Starbucks stores in 7 countries since it opened the first store in Prague in 2008. Starbucks Coffee Company was formed in 1971 and now has more than 28,000 stores all over the world.
