In the past 24 hours, there were no new cases of the novel coronavirus in Croatia and 2,035 people have recovered from the disease while one more person had died, bringing the total number of deaths to 100, the National Civil Protection Authority said on Monday.

"There are currently 2,244 confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus infection and 2,035 people have recovered. Three fewer patients are being treated in hospitals, which means that 78 people are hospitalised. Of that number, six patients are on ventilators," the authority said.

Eight people have recovered since yesterday.

In the past 24 hours, 940 people were tested for the virus, bringing the total number of people tested overall to 62,422.
