The Serbian Radical Party (SRS) will propose a law that would ban any government funding for NGOs which, according to the party, costs the state more than ten billion Serbian Dinars yearly.

According to SRS deputy leader, Aleksandar Seselj, citizens should not pay “NGOs which openly engage in anti-Serb policy and subversive activities.”

“We propose that NGOs which promote an independent Kosovo, those which declare that Serbs are genocidal people, those which desecrate the monument to Patriarch Pavle, which insult Serbian culture, Serbian history and Serbian tradition, are not being funded (by the government)," Seselj said.
