Another planeload of medical supplies landed at Belgrade airport on Thursday evening as part of the aid that China has been sending to Serbia to help combat the coronavirus pandemic.

The flight was organized with the help of the UNDP and the 460,000 Dollar cost covered by the European Union.

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said that the aircraft flew in from the city of Tianjin with clinical and non-invasive respirators, mask and protective suits, tests and equipment paid for from the Serbian budget as well as donations from China, including from the HBIS, IBS and Elephant Alliance companies.

"This is a message of solidarity and unity, a beautiful example of how the world becomes one in hard time and the times are hard not just for Serbia but for the entire world,” she said.
