The National Museum of Serbia has set up virtual tours after being forced to close its doors in line with government measures to combat the coronavirus pandemic.
Museum official Lidija Ham Milovanovic said that virtual tours and exhibits are available on the museum web portal. “We are trying to meet the public’s need for culture. The virtual museum page offers a number of various exhibitions,” she said.
Visitors to the virtual museum can “walk through” an exhibition of sculptures by Ivan Mestrovic, the museum’s archeology exhibits, Serbian art through the centuries, Roman, Dutch and Italian art among other things.
