Zoran Mihajlovic, Serbia’s Minister of Construction, Traffic and Infrastructure, and the UK ambassador to Belgrade Sian MacLeod discussed on Tuesday a new agreement on air traffic between the two countries following London’s withdrawal from the European Union, the Beta news agency reported, carrying Mihajlovic’s office statement.
It added the two also talked about joint projects to improve gender equality in Serbia. Mihajlovic said that Morava Corridor was extremely important for Serbia and that the cooperation with ‘Bechtel’ and ‘Enka’ was very good.
The Minister and ambassador also discussed the ‘Responsible Gender Governance’ which Belgrade realised with UN Women, financed by the British Fund for Good Governance.
They also agreed to cooperate in fighting against gender prejudices.
