Serbia’s Media Strategy draft adopted unanimously

The working group for drafting the Media Strategy and the representatives of media and journalist associations unanimously adopted the text and informed Prime Minister Ana Brnabic on the job done, the FoNet news agency carried Serbia’s Government statement as saying on Tuesday.

The draft has to be approved by the Government.

Brnabic suggested that the same working group continue drafting an action plan for three years.

She thanked the representatives of the OSCE, the EU Delegation to Serbia, the Embassy of Norway and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation for their continued support during the process of drafting the Media Strategy.

Joseph Mellott, Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia, the representatives of the EU Delegation to Serbia and the embassy of Norway attended the meeting on Tuesday.
