Tabloids continue to attack N1 TV Serbia Programme Director Izvor: N1

Serbian tabloids have continued their attacks on N1 TV’s Programme Director Jugoslav Cosic after he dismissed allegations that he is a “paid lobbyist for Kosovo” and announced he will submit criminal complaints against those who lead the campaign against him.

The pro-government tabloid ‘Informer’ recently called Cosic a mercenary doing his “dirty work” for Albanians in Serbia.

Cosic has said in an earlier statement that the campaign has the aim to eliminate him as an independent journalist.

Leaflets portraying Cosic and Albania’s Prime Minister Edi Rama were thrown into the courtyard of N1 TV last week while Albin Kurti, a candidate for the post of Prime Minister in Kosovo, was speaking in N1’s ‘Pressing’ programme.
