German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said that changes to the borders of Serbia and Kosovo or exchanges of territory can’t help stabilize the region, Pristina media reported on Thursday.

Mass said that Germany supports a quick resumption of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue with the aim of reaching a comprehensive agreement which will help both Serbia and Kosovo get closer to the European Union.

The German Foreign Minister said that each of the six Western Balkan countries will benefit from stronger good neighbor relations and economic cooperation.
