The Alliance for Serbia (SzS) protest in Novi Sad included a demand for the police to disclose the names of the men who assaulted student activists and blocked the streets around the Serbian state TV (RTS) building before President Aleksandar Vucic was due to appear in a talk show.

The regular Friday protest also offered support to the university teachers calling the Belgrade University Ethics Committee to revoke Finance Minister Sinisa Mali’s doctorate following allegations of plagiarism in his doctoral thesis.

The protest organizers also called the opposition-oriented civil public in the country to fight for free and fair elections at which „Aleksandar Vucic‘s corrupt regime“ will be toppled.
