A total of 76 victims of human trafficking last year, including 30 minors, were identified in Serbia in 2018, the FoNet news agency said on Friday quoting data from the Anti Human Trafficking Bureau Serbia.

A Bureau press release on European anti-trafficking day said that 16 victims of trafficking had been identified in Serbia to date in 2019. It said that the most recent trends are linked to the mass migrations and migrant smuggling chains, especially vulnerable groups such as unaccompanied minors.

The Bureau said that it had registered cases of forced labor, organized begging and arranged marriages caused by poverty.
