The Kosovo police banned a second Serbian sports team from entering Kosovo to play a Serbian league match on Wednesday

Police spokesman Baki Kelani told reporters that the Toplica handball team from the southern Serbian town of Prokuplje had not been allowed into Kosovo because it did not have permission to play the game. “I can confirm that a team from Serbia which was supposed to play a game in northern Kosovo was not allowed in at the Brnjak crossing at 5:40 pm,” Kelani said.

The Toplica handball team was scheduled to play Mokra Gora from Zubin Potok in a Serbian 1st League match.

The Red Star Belgrade football team was not allowed into Kosovo earlier in the day to play a match in Mitrovica.
