Kosovo Special Prosecutors’ Office indicted a Serb identified only by initials S.A. suspected of “preparing terrorist or criminal acts against Kosovo’s Constitutional order and safety,” the KoSSev website reported on Wednesday.
According to Pristina’s Koha website, the charge sheet says that S.A. has sent a package to R.R. with a gun, six bullets, some boxes with medicines and “a Serb pamphlet with the logo of the ‘Supreme Command of the Liberation Army of Kosovo and Metohija’.
The indictment was published only days before Kosovo's early general elections on Sunday.
The pamphlet reportedly called on R.R. and other Serbs to take weapons from Mitrovic’s warehouses, attack the Serbs and blame the Albanians before the international community.
S.A. is also accused of fraud since, according to the Prosecutors’ Office, “since 2017, he cheated many people by presenting himself as an official of Serbia’s Health Ministry, and a representative of an organisation for diabetic patients, and promising jobs for different amounts of money.
”The Office published the initials of three people who paid S.A. between two and seven thousand Euros for promised favoures.
