The Agreement on Digital Transformation Serbia and North Macedonia sign is the first step of the ‘Serbia Digitalises’ in the Office for Informative Technologies and E-Government spreading the knowledge and solutions in public administration digitalisation, Serbia’s Government said in a statement carried by the Beta news agency.

The Agreement is expected to improve already good cooperation between the two countries established during the digitalisation of the Western Balkans summits in Skopje in 2018 and Belgrade this year, North Macedonian Minister of Informative Society and Administration Damjan Mancevski said.

Mihailo Jovanovic, the head of the Office of Serbia’s Government said “the exchange of knowledge, ideas and experience, but also the regional linkage is of great importance for the Western Balkans further development. Amid the fourth industrial revolution, the whole region has a chance, providing we are smart, reasonable and dedicated, to compensate what we missed.”
