The Dveri movement no longer has its own MP group in the Serbian parliament after two of its MPs were thrown out of the party, sources in the party told the Beta agency on Tuesday.
The dissolution of the Dveri MP group has been confirmed on parliament’s web site which listed the party’s MPs as not belonging to any group.
Under the rules of parliament, MP groups need to have at least five members. The Dveri group had six members before Srdjan Nogo and Zoran Radojicic were expelled.
Dveri leader Bosko Obradovic said that the party is stable, adding that its remaining MPs would continue their activities and are not thinking about forming a new group.
