Alliance for Serbia says protests will continue

Alliance for Serbia says protests will continue Izvor: N1

The opposition Alliance for Serbia said on Monday that it would not give up its protests against the authorities and would stage three new gatherings in the next two weeks.

A statement from the Alliance Presidency said that it supports the coming protests on April 24, the anniversary of the tearing down of houses in the Savamala district in central Belgrade, saying it was a chance to draw attention to what it said are the criminal activities of the authorities.

The 1 in 5 Million protests are scheduled to continue on Saturday, April 27 followed by another on May 4 when the statement said the Free Zone in Belgrade would be set up.
