Serbian FM denies incident at Warsaw meeting Izvor: N1

The Serbian Foreign Ministry denied that Minister Ivica Dacic asked to have Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli thrown out of Friday’s meeting in Warsaw.

In an unofficial statement to the Beta news agency, ministry sources said that the claim by Albania’s Foreign minister Gent Cakaj that Dacic wanted Pacolli out of the meeting is not true.

The sources also denied that Dacic stood up to leave, saying that the claims are “pure lies and fabrications”.

Pristina daily Gazeta Express reported on its web portal that Cakaj said that Dacic asked to have Pacolli thrown out, that he argued with him and walked out of the meeting. It added that Cakaj shouted at Dacic, blaming him for the fact that he was a refugee.

The report said that Dacic asked to speak but was not allowed.
