NOVA S, a modern tv of different content, offering the audience the highest quality programme for all generations, kicked off on Monday.
On the first day, the viewers can watch sports programme since the United Media company has bought the rights for covering all Euro 2020 soccer championship games played by Serbia’s national team whose first match is away against Portugal.
The special programme about the game will start ahead of the match.
The fans of TV series will be able to watch one of the most awarded series Love to Death every day from 2 pm. And that is not the only novelty. As of Monday, the Spanish A step Forward series is available to NOVA S viewers.
The American sitcom Bruklin 9-9 will be aired at 7:35 pm, while as of Tuesday, at 9 pm the audience can watch Soldiers’ Lullaby series, and as of Thursday at 9 pm, the long waited for additional episodes of domestic series Branded on Ground.
The novelties on NOVA S include the news programme with the all up-to-date information from N1 Studio will be aired at noon and 7 pm every day.
As of April 1, the programme will include morning show “Mental Starchiness” (Mentalno razgibavanje), which will be available on live stream www.novas.tv website as of 6:30 am.
The entertaining night talk show “Evening with Ivan Ivanovic“ (Veče sa Ivanom Ivanovićem), will kick off on April 5, while Olja Beckovic’s talk show “The Impression of the Week” (Utisak nedelje), starts on April 7, after four and a half year break.
Besides, NOVA S will continue with its programme, so far available on the former TOP channel.
NOVA S is available in Serbia via SBB network, Total TV, D3i and EON platforms. It's positioned on channel one, while N1 TV moves to zero channel. On D3i NOVA S is available on channel two, while N1 TV remains on number one position.
NOVA S will be available to the viewers in Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia. Nova S is a part of the United Media company within which N1 TV also exists.
REM launches proceedings
The Council of Serbia’s electronic media watchdog the REM said that it had filed a demand for misdemeanor proceedings against SBB for changing the listing of channels which moved the Radio TV Serbia (RTS) behind foreign channels offered by that provider. SBB said that the position of the channels was changed only on the D3 platform temporarily. The Rem said that the provider was obliged to inform the REM in writing of any change to the number and structure of program packages, adding that its Council has issued mandatory criteria for the logical numeration of channels.
