The Serbian government’s Office for Kosovo chief Marko Djuric met with Kosovo Serb politicians in Zvecan on Tuesday with President Aleksandar Vucic joining the meeting by telephone.

Djuric said that the meeting was attended by “all significant” Kosovo Serb political representatives, adding that Vucic told them that Serbia stands with them.

Djuric said he expects the Kosovo government to revoke the 100 percent tariffs on Serbian goods or call early elections. He said those elections are expected to divide the Kosovo Serbs who he said are prepared to fight for their interests and survival.

Djuric is on a three-day visit to Kosovo which will include handing out 48 apartments and opening a kindergarten in Kosovska Mitrovica.

The KoSSev portal said that the meeting focused on the political and security situation and was attended by Serb List officials, all outgoing Serb mayors and Mps.
