Serbia's Bankruptcy Supervising Agency announced the public call for selling the brewery in the central town of Jagodina which went bankrupt in 2016, estimating its current value at six million Euros, the Beta news agency reported on Friday.
The previous call for the selling of the Jagodina Brewery, founded in 1852, went unanswered last November.
The estimated value of the brewery as a legal entity was not the lowest acceptable amount, neither it was in any way compulsory for potential buyers, the Agency said.
Potential buyers have to deposit 1.2 million Euros by February 11 at the latest, while the deadline for bids expires on February 18.
The Bankruptcy Trustee is obliged to accept the highest bid if it exceeds the estimated value by 50 percent.
